Inventory

         
 

This is the module where information of your parts are stored. An In-house PIN is assigned for each inventory to organize it according to your equipment numbering system.

  Some of the features:    
 
  • usage - for each site, calculate and graph items used month to date and year to date. 
  • spare part management - check out, return, adjust, and move inventory items.
  • transaction history - view all check out, return, adjust, move, and physical inventory   transaction.
  • attachments  - attach such as drawing, or photo, to inventory records.   
 
 

Create inventory records for all of your facility's maintenance parts. Enter basic information about parts, such as item numbers, stock locations (sites), quantities on hand, and unit costs. Create vendor records for all the companies from which you purchase items or services.
