Schedule

Machine design techniques have become very complicated within the last few years. Regardless of  what technological advances are made, there is one factor that must accompany all workable machines - RELIABILITY. A very effective and organized PM program is required to insure reliability of machine and equipment operation.

The computer program allows the user to build a Master PM schedule which contains the following information pertaining to each machine:

  • Schedule PM's by time interval, usage, equipment condition or on demand.
  • Define fixed and variable scheduling criteria.
  • Identify the days, weeks, months that are valid for scheduling work.
  • Create PM groups to define or model PM requirements for similar equipment.
  • Reuse PM definitions on multiple equipment.
  • Define work duration and scheduling lead time.
  • Define labor, material, tools and  services required to perform work.
  • Deactivate PM's when asset is out of service.
  • Automatically adjust schedules to accommodate coinciding PM's.
  • Associate PM's to synchronize scheduling.
