Withdraw

When parts are issued from the store, it automatically adjust the spare parts module stock in-hands. When you issue goods to other party, you may record the issue information with this function. In Issue module, you can only perform transactions through Offset mode.

This is to make sure that proper inventory tracking and management is possible. The data  entry format is almost identical to Receive module.

To offset items, you may click on the Offset button , this will display an Spare Part page together with available items and quantities. You can then enter the quantity that you want to offset for any item, and choose the relevant unit of measurement being offset. If you click on the All check box, then all the quantity in that particular item will be offset.
