Work requests may be generated for any type of work required including service, emergency repairs, quick work, projects, standing work, dispatch work, etc. Once a work request has been generated, the work order component provides planned work review capability and duplicate work request detection. 

The MaintPro™ - Work Order component provides the ability to identify, describe, and  classify problems while initiating work requests.

Engineering change notice control may be applied during the work planning process.  Equipment data may also be analyzed prior to work package development.  When the review is complete, work package development is executed.
