Practical Kaizen

OBJECTIVE
To withstand the future competitive pressures, companies, especially the SMIs, have to reduce costs, improve productivity, improve quality and improve delivery. There are many sources of inefficiency in the company.

Kaizen is a methodology successfully used by companies to achieve the required efficiency in their operations and to satisfy their customers. Kaizen is a culture of sustained continuous improvement focusing on eliminating waste in all systems and processes of the company. In fact  the Kaizen strategy begins and ends with people.

The principal objectives of this course are to educate the participants in the philosophy and practical concepts of the Kaizen Methodology. The participants will also be given opportunity to practice some of the tools in the classroom setting to gain confidence in the application of tools.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Managers, supervisors or executives and all others who desire to gain an understanding of the Kaizen Methodology. Kaizen Concepts can be applied in any area o the business i.e. production or administration.
