Zero Defect through Quality Maintenance

OBJECTIVE
Today in many companies, the cost of equipment has become a major item of concern to management. In pursuit of their goal to become an excellent company, the equipment’s role is the key to producing zero defects and  a high level of productivity. In fact a key to success of FA is the equipment condition. TPM provides a methodology towards having excellent equipment and Quality Maintenance is one of the important pillars of TPM in its relentless approach to producing zero defects.

This course give participants an education and practice in application of this important TPM Pillar and to work towards a goal of Zero Quality Defects by creating conditions where equipment is in the “ as should be” condition. The participants will learn the above challenges and deploy 5S towards Autonomous Quality Maintenance and understand the mechanisms behind failures and defects.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Plants Managers, Maintenance Managers or Engineers, Maintenance Planners, Plant Engineers or Engineering staffs involved in planning, maintaining, servicing plant and production equipments.
