Zero Unplanned Equipment Shutdown
OBJECTIVE
This course cum workshop is based on the Japanese concept of TPM - Total
Productive Maintenance. Equipment in which the company has invested a
great deal of money should not be allowed to break down and stop, nor
produce defective goods. Total Productive Maintenance - TPM aims to deal
with this issue. Factories which have introduced the concepts have
experienced zero unplanned shutdown for years.
The course concepts are the only fool proof methods currently available to
manage efficiently and effectively the operation, maintenance and
elimination of chronic losses in plant and production equipments will also
be included to provide a better understanding.
